This policy does not apply to any additional services such as domain names, overages, addons, reseller accounts, setup fees, or any fees associated with these accounts.

Accounts suspended, canceled, or terminated by Luminous Hosting for violating our hosting policies do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For example, if an account is canceled due to spamming, phishing, or another violation, no refund will be issued.

Cancelation requests must be submitted through our ticketing system and will be effective within 24-48 hours upon receipt. Please note that all refunds will be made through Paypal or via the same transaction method used to pay the original payment.
